Most of these services bellow are charged a set price, so you don't have to worry about your bill, once your problem is solved, and we always advice you of those costs before we do the work.

Format & Reinstall – Sometimes the best fix is just to start fresh, we will back-up all your data, format the Hard-drive, Re-Install the Operating System than reload your data, We also always download the latest drivers for your computer and we pre-install some basic essential programs like AVG anti-virus & anti-spyware and OpenOffice 3.2.

Blue Screen of Death – Blue screens can be repaired 85% of the time, even when it is related to hardware faults. Most of the time blue screens happen because of a MS Windows error, we repair these errors by rebuilding Windows corrupted files. However if the problem has happened due to faulty hardware, even if it still works when we give it back to you, we explain to you which hardware is to blame for your fault and recommend a replacement. Some customers are risk takers and decide to take the computer as is as long as it turns on, we then warn that it is possible that the problem will happen again. If this does happen then we give you a very good discount and replace the faulty hardware and repair the problem once again.

Black Screens – These almost always are related to hardware failure, in most cases you will probably need to buy new hardware for the computer to work again. But we always advice you of the costs involved before we do major work so you can weigh up whether or not it's wise to spend the money to repair or if it's better to buy a new computer.

Beeps – Computers which beep are telling us something is wrong, every computer uses different codes; we are able to assess what is the problem and then fix it.

Not turning ON or ON but no screen – We have a range of diagnostics tools to find out that the problem is. In general 70% of the times the computer only has a minor fault and can be repaired quite quickly.

Virus Removal – Some viruses are not too dangerous and can be removed safely, we use a few tools & procedures to remove these and make your computer feel quicker and more responsive both on the internet and day-to-day use. Other times when the Virus is extreme we recommend Format & Reinstall.

Upgrades – We recommend upgrades only when it is cost effective and makes sense, we rather not make a sale than sell something which is out-dated or isn't going to help your computer. At Cyber Lounge, satisfaction is our main priority.

Data Retrieval & Back-ups* – We can move your information from your old computer to your new one. We can back-up your data to DVDs or external storage. We can retrieve lost or deleted data from a number of different storage devices such as; external hard-drives, floppy disks, CDs, DVDs etc. (*Unfortunately from time to some data cannot be retrieved, sometimes we do have to send it away to specialists to get your data, in this case we pass on the charges from these specialists).

Hardware /Software Installs – Are you having trouble installing that new program or update? Maybe you bought a new gadget or hardware. No problems, we always find a way to make it work!

Maintenance /Service – Maybe its running slow, or you are getting error messages, maybe the internet is not working, or you are not getting your emails, there is always a way to fix it! It doesn't matter how long it takes we charge a flat fee for these types of problems.

If you think we forgot to mention something please just call us to inquire about your specific problem. @ CyberLounge we haven't found a problem we couldn't fix yet.

Off-Site

We do not charge call out fees! But we do charge on the per hour basis.

Wireless Setup –We can quickly install your wireless network and printers.

New Computer setup – We can plug all those confusing cables for you, and install your printer and Software.

Internet Setup – We can quickly setup your modem, so you can access your emails and the internet. All modems and Service providers.

Internet/ Network diagnostics – No internet access? Is your service provider blaming your computer or router for an internet issue? We will find the issue and fix it! If it is your service provider or your phone line at fault we will tell you and advice you on how to get it fixed. Sometimes we even call your provider for you.

Printer Faults /Installs – We fix and install printers. Whether its wireless, network or USB we will sort it out.

We can also do most of the in-house jobs @ you premises also, but we don't recommend as it can get too expensive as you are paying per hour.
